Almond Pistachios debate

Another nut we use is Pistachios.. Pistachio is a nut that is full of its great taste on its own which is mildly sweet, nutty and earthy with sometimes woody and salty. Adding pistachio to the chocolate as a topping along with the dates, sesame sauce and almonds makes it a stronger earthy aroma taste.

Welcome to my shop! I'm Alyaa, with a background in architecture and interior design. Despite the challenges in the construction field, I ventured into creating a YouTube channel during COVID, focusing on healthy food, crafts, and gardening. Passionate about chocolates, I transformed my love into a healthier version, incorporating dates, almonds, sesame seeds, and other nutritious elements.

Let's enjoy together!As we got into COVID I started a YouTube channel in making healthy food, crafts, gardening and other things. I always believed that there is still more to come and more to achieve. With that being said, I need to tell you that I love chocolates and sweets but my diet needed to change dramatically so I needed to find a way to enjoy everything.

Crafted with care and love, my chocolates offer a healthier indulgence – “A HEALTHY WAY TO EAT CHOCOLATE.” Beyond the known benefits of dates and almonds, my exploration extended to sesame seeds, various nuts, and fruits like figs, apricots, raisins, and spices from Eastern countries.

In the chocolate-making process, I eagerly awaited the feedback and facial expressions of my husband, brothers, friends, and others, which proved to be encouraging. Venturing into markets, I devised creative ways to introduce my chocolates and treats, leading to many happy milestones.
